Shipping Policy

Order processing time

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam or contact us for confirmation. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed before shipping. We make every effort to fullfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Shipping details

We ship from Geel - Belgium to your door. We work with Bpost and DHL to deliver your packages. When we have processed your order, you will receive a track and trace e-mail where you can follow your order. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address at checkout. If you happened to make a mistake regarding your address, you can change your address through the track & trace e-mail or we will try to make things right by contacting Bpost. But we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

Domestically and International shipping options

We ship Booty Tools to every European country but the shipping costs and shipping times differ. Domestic delivery takes between 2 and 5 work days after your order has been shipped by Bpost / DHL.  Within Europe the delivery time differs between 2 and 7 work days after your order has been send. Bpost delivers packages from Monday to Friday during office hours. 

!! delivery time can be longer when it's very busy around restocks, launches or sales !!

Free shipping for orders above €100.
For orders below €100 – shipping costs €5.

(can change during sales!)

Denmark, Monaco and Austria

Free shipping for orders above €100.
For orders below €100 – shipping costs €9.95.

GB, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Switzerland

Free shipping for orders above €120.
For orders below €120 – shipping costs €14.

Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Romania, Spain and Sweden

Free shipping for orders above €150.
For orders below €150 – shipping costs €19.

 

Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Portugal

- shipping costs €32.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs when we have received the returned item(s). Send us an e-mail for the correct address for privacy reasons. 

Returns during sales

Black Out sale:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is in its original condition and not worn yet. We will refund the amount you payed for it during the sale even though the sale ended by the time you returned your item.

FINAL SALE: These items are not returnable (40%, 50%, 70% off)

2 + 1 sale:

It is possible to return your item to exchange it with another size. It is not possible to get a refund on items bought during this sale. For example it is not possible to get a refund if you bought the same legging in two different sizes to later on send one back. You can send it back but you won't receive a refund payment since you got 1 item for free during this sale. If you think this doesn't apply to your order, please send us a message. 

Did we make a mistake regarding your order or did the product arrive damaged?​

Please send us an e-mail with your order number and a photo of the incorrect / damaged product(s). We'll adres these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.​
