Shipping Policy

Processing time for your order

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details. If you don't see the email, kindly check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@unfazed.store for confirmation. We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 working days. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Shipping details

We ship to your door from Geel - Belgium using Bpost and DHL for delivery. After we process your order, you'll receive a tracking email to follow your package. Please double-check the delivery address at checkout to ensure it's accurate. If you made an address mistake, you can change it through the track & trace email or we'll try to contact bpost to fix it. However, we aren't liable for non-delivery due to address errors.

 

Shipping options for both domestic and international orders

Unfazed is shipped to all European countries, with varying shipping costs and delivery times. Domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days once your order has been shipped by bpost. Delivery in Europe takes 2-7 work days after your order is sent. Bpost delivers packages Monday-Friday during office hours.

Delivery time may increase during busy periods like restocks, launches, or sales.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    If you require any help for your order, please reach out to us at support@unfazed.store right away with all the required information. Modifications to your order cannot be made once it has been shipped.

    Returns

    You have 30 days to return unused items in their original condition. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs. For returns within Belgium: go to your customer account to request your return, you will have to pay a return fee for the shipping. This way, we can provide you with your shipping label. For returns within Europe: contact us via email to obtain the correct address for privacy reasons. If the desired size or color is still available, you can also request an exchange for your item.

    Returns during sales

    Discounted sales:

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If the item is in its original condition and unworn, we will refund the amount you paid, even if the sale has ended by the time you return it.

    FINAL SALE: no refunds available for items with 40% off or more.

     

    2+1 sale:

    You can return your purchase to exchange it for a different item, size or color (if available). However, refunds are not available for items purchased during this sale. For instance, if you bought the same legging in two different sizes and want to return one, a refund is not possible.You can return the item, but unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund since you received it for free during this sale. If you believe this doesn't apply to your order, please reach out to us.

     

    Did we make a mistake with your order or did the product arrive damaged?

    Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged product(s). We'll adres these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.​
